Tetiana Natoli

Tetiana Natoli leads the operational foundation of the Law Office of Stephen J. Natoli. She has been part of the firm since its earliest days and played a defining role in its growth from a young practice into the established firm it is today.

As the firm scaled, Tetiana built the infrastructure that made that growth possible. She designed the systems and processes that allow the firm to serve a growing client base without sacrificing quality or attention, led the hiring and development of the team, and established the financial and administrative footing that supports the firm’s continued expansion. 

In the firm’s early days, she personally carried much of the substantive work herself — handling it firsthand before building, hiring, and training the team that does it today. 

Today, Tetiana oversees the firm’s operations, people, and administration — ensuring that as the Law Office of Stephen J. Natoli grows, it does so on a stable and well-run foundation.
