Kristina Gorgievska

Kristina Gorgievska joined the Law Office of Stephen J. Natoli, LLC in 2022 and has grown into an indispensable part of the firm’s criminal defense practice. She began her career at the firm on the landlord enforcement actions side, developing a thorough command of the eviction process from start to finish, drafting notices to cease, thirty-day letters, and termination notices, filing complaints, and providing direct assistance at trial. Over time, Kristina transitioned her focus to the firm’s criminal practice, where she has become a central and essential presence.

Today, Kristina is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of the criminal side of the firm. She handles client intakes, maintains close communication with every criminal client, reviews discovery, assists in drafting motions, and attends criminal court proceedings, ensuring that no detail is ever missed and that every client feels supported throughout their case.

Kristina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Rutgers University–Newark, where she graduated magna cum laude in three years. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at New York Law School on a part-time basis while working at the firm full time, with an expected graduation in December 2026. She plans to sit for the February 2027 bar examination, after which she intends to continue at the firm as an attorney, representing clients in criminal court and in enforcement matters.
