Ivanna Ivankiv

Ivanna Ivankiv joined the Law Office of Stephen J. Natoli, LLC in 2023 and quickly established herself as an indispensable part of the firm’s landlord enforcement actions practice. She began her time at the firm working across both the landlord enforcement actions and criminal practices, mastering the full lifecycle of both types of matters, from drafting notices to cease, thirty-day letters, and termination notices, to preparing complaints, to providing direct assistance at trial. She has since taken over full oversight and management of the firm’s landlord enforcement actions practice, overseeing every client, every notice, every complaint, and every trial from beginning to end.

Ivanna’s approach is hands-on and thorough. She knows every landlord-tenant file inside and out, and remains deeply involved in the criminal side of the practice as well, staying current on every matter that comes through the firm’s door. Her ability to manage two complex and demanding practice areas simultaneously reflects both her legal training and her professional character.

Before joining the firm, Ivanna earned a Master’s Degree in Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2020, and went on to work as a Legal Advisor in the Citizens’ Services Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. There, she managed legal files from inception to resolution, communicated directly with government authorities on matters of state and local regulation, and drafted all required legal documentation to advocate effectively for her clients, experience that translates seamlessly into the fast-paced, client-centered environment of this firm.
